Freeze Frame

• Find the time point you want to freeze
• Click the layer menu (three horizontal lines icon on the layer) → Other → Capture and Add as Layer.

This will automatically generate a static image layer at the current time point (a screenshot of the current frame).

• Select the video layer and cut the layer into two segments.
• Adjust the timeline so the screenshot layer connects with the two video layer segments.
